You&#8217;ll have the exciting opportunity to be working directly with the BOD for high-rise building projects to develop a feasibility study and to coordinate with the Project Manager in translating project research results which will become design decision materials for BOD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with the BOD to determine requirements for building projects.<\/li>\n<li>Developing feasibility studies and coordinating with consultants to translate project research results that are transformed into design decision material for BOD.<\/li>\n<li>Make project plans in accordance with predetermined targets.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with third party related to design &amp; planning.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the technical preparation &amp; support for the project.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the Project related to the design architecture &amp; planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you will need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Architecture from a reputable University.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of working experience working on architectural projects in high-rise buildings; preference for candidates who have worked on top tier Developer \/ Consulting for smart apartment projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in building technology, construction methods, related engineering principles, sustainability strategies, building codes, and assembly of construction drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills in the design and coordination of building systems, an architect who is persevering in both technical and non-technical terms.<\/li>\n<li>Experience on a multidisciplinary team in the preparation of construction documents.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate who has experience won from Architectural competitions at least a national competition is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates excellent communication skills by expressing ideas clearly and effectively and has strong negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum age: 35 years old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2944,"template":"","experience-level":[28],"job-position":[30],"class_list":{"0":"post-2909","1":"job","2":"type-job","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"experience-level-junior","7":"job-position-architect"},"translation":{"provider":"WPGlobus","version":"3.0.2","language":"id","enabled_languages":["en","id"],"languages":{"en":{"title":true,"content":true,"excerpt":false},"id":{"title":false,"content":false,"excerpt":false}}},"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job\/2909","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2944"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2909"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"experience-level","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/experience-level?post=2909"},{"taxonomy":"job-position","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-position?post=2909"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
