You&#8217;ll have the exciting opportunity to be working directly with the Project General Manager for high-rise building projects to carry out daily site supervision, coordination, and quality assurance of all architectural trade\u2019s implementation on-site for high-rise apartments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Propose architectural concepts for a smart high-rise apartment to the Project General Manager<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify the architectural, interior design, and space planning solutions<\/li>\n<li>Work independently or with architects\/engineers to design and prepare plans and specifications<\/li>\n<li>Prepare cost estimates, coordinate the implementation of capital improvement projects, and oversee the work<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and\/or review preliminary designs, work drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project<\/li>\n<li>Performs design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings, and full-detail drawings for architectural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement projects<\/li>\n<li>To design advanced works and to produce accurate architect design drawings and shop drawings in the targeted timescale<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret planning to site engineers\/relevant parties<\/li>\n<li>Work with relevant parties to produce effective results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Will Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Architecture or related field from a reputable university.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in architectural works for high-rise apartments\/hotels.<\/li>\n<li>Personnel management and continuing professional development.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use design apps which include V-ray for Sketch Up, 3D Max AutoCAD, Photoshop Microsoft Office, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships in the team and overall company departments\/projects.<\/li>\n<li>Good morale, integrity, and Interpersonal Awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Communication and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum 35 years old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2944,"template":"","experience-level":[20],"job-position":[30],"class_list":{"0":"post-2975","1":"job","2":"type-job","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"experience-level-middle","7":"job-position-architect"},"translation":{"provider":"WPGlobus","version":"3.0.2","language":"id","enabled_languages":["en","id"],"languages":{"en":{"title":true,"content":true,"excerpt":false},"id":{"title":false,"content":false,"excerpt":false}}},"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job\/2975","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2944"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2975"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"experience-level","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/experience-level?post=2975"},{"taxonomy":"job-position","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-position?post=2975"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
