This role will report directly to the Design and Engineering Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring construction processes, and providing training.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.<\/li>\n<li>Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with architects and other professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff.<\/li>\n<li>Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Will Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in construction, business, management, or engineering is preferable.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction of high-rise apartments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a leadership role is recommended.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to keep track of multiple high-rise projects.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines, and customer requirements<\/li>\n<li>Computer proficient, with experience in MS Excel, Project, and Word<\/li>\n<li>Maximum 40 years old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2944,"template":"","experience-level":[20],"job-position":[29,22],"class_list":{"0":"post-2976","1":"job","2":"type-job","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"experience-level-middle","7":"job-position-design-engineering","8":"job-position-engineer"},"translation":{"provider":"WPGlobus","version":"3.0.2","language":"id","enabled_languages":["en","id"],"languages":{"en":{"title":true,"content":true,"excerpt":false},"id":{"title":false,"content":false,"excerpt":false}}},"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job\/2976","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2944"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2976"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"experience-level","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/experience-level?post=2976"},{"taxonomy":"job-position","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-position?post=2976"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
