{"id":3021,"date":"2023-11-22T10:01:03","date_gmt":"2023-11-22T03:01:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/?post_type=job&#038;p=3021"},"modified":"2023-11-22T10:01:03","modified_gmt":"2023-11-22T03:01:03","slug":"architect-supervisor-2","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/job\/architect-supervisor-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Architect Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>What You Will Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Propose architectural concepts for houses to the Design Manager;<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify the architectural, interior design, and space planning solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Work independently or with architects\/engineers to design and prepare plans and specifications;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and\/or review preliminary designs, work drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project;<\/li>\n<li>Performs design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings, and full detail drawings for architectural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement projects;<\/li>\n<li>Manage, supervise, and coach the Architect team members so that they can improve their capabilities to design advanced works and to produce accurate architect design drawings and shop drawings in the targeted timescale;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret planning to relevant parties;<\/li>\n<li>Work with relevant parties to produce effective results;<\/li>\n<li>Generate\/consolidate progress reports to the Design Manager;<\/li>\n<li>Perform other tasks as assigned by the Design Manager and Technical.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Will Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architectural Design\/Urban Planning or a related field from a reputable university.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field preferably in housing\/ real-estate business.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use design apps which include V-ray for Sketch Up, 3D Max AutoCAD, Photoshop Microsoft Office, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Communication and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent work attitude and good at teamwork.<\/li>\n<li>Able to visit directly to our site\/project.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to be placed at Kota Deltamas, Cikarang, Kabupaten Bekasi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3014,"template":"","experience-level":[20],"job-position":[30],"class_list":{"0":"post-3021","1":"job","2":"type-job","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"experience-level-middle","7":"job-position-architect"},"translation":{"provider":"WPGlobus","version":"3.0.2","language":"id","enabled_languages":["en","id"],"languages":{"en":{"title":true,"content":true,"excerpt":false},"id":{"title":false,"content":false,"excerpt":false}}},"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job\/3021","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/3014"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3021"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"experience-level","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/experience-level?post=3021"},{"taxonomy":"job-position","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-position?post=3021"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
