You will interact with external auditors on matters related to audits of the organisation&#8217;s internal controls, and assess potential fraud activity, plus develop fraud detection tools as well as do any GAP analysis on best practices and make sure that there is a robust risk and compliance framework in the organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting internal reviews and audits.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting operational audits to ensure the company meets operational requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Advising internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs.<\/li>\n<li>Developing risk management strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Following up on compliance issues that require investigation.<\/li>\n<li>Dealing and being the point of contact for the regulators.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting regular GAP analysis on new and updated controls and best practices in the industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Will Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least Bachelor\u2019s degree in law, finance, business administration or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as Legal Compliance Staff from reputable Financial Services or IPO company.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of the industry\u2019s standards and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.<\/li>\n<li>A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.<\/li>\n<li>Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.<\/li>\n<li>An analytical mind able to \u201csee\u201d the complexities of procedures and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Certified compliance professional is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2944,"template":"","experience-level":[51],"job-position":[55],"class_list":{"0":"post-3049","1":"job","2":"type-job","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"experience-level-staff","7":"job-position-compliance"},"translation":{"provider":"WPGlobus","version":"3.0.2","language":"id","enabled_languages":["en","id"],"languages":{"en":{"title":true,"content":true,"excerpt":false},"id":{"title":false,"content":false,"excerpt":false}}},"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job\/3049","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2944"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3049"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"experience-level","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/experience-level?post=3049"},{"taxonomy":"job-position","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gobel.co.id\/id\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-position?post=3049"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
