What You Will Do

• Supervise daily activity for all construction works (building residential area) at the project site and adhere to document control procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor Contractor activities at the project site.
• Maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
• Ensure that all work carried out is in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedure, work instructions, etc.
• Carry out inspections and tests as per the inspection and test plan and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system. The result of such is to conform to specifications.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superordinate.
• Make project reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) for the report to the superordinate.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Projects.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, & problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, etc).
• Candidates with Air-Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing experience and background is a plus.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Hard worker & able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Well organized, fast, efficient, and creative.
• Full of independence with a pleasant personality, maturity, attention to detail, and integrity.
• Willing to work at Kota Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi Regency.
• Maximum 35 years old.
