About The Role

As a Corporate Planning and Strategy Manager you’ll be working with various stakeholders from BOD, internal divisions, business subsidiaries, and with Kementerian BUMN from several projects to develop and monitor yearly and long-term strategic planning budget initiatives for the whole consolidation. You will also have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s strategic decisions and drive our business forward.

What You Will Do

  • Developing a strategic plan for the company, including long-term goals and short-term objectives that align with the company’s mission statement
  • Participating in meetings with external stakeholders such as investors, partners, and Kementerian BUMN
  • Reviewing and analyzing data to identify areas of opportunity for improvement
  • Conducting research to identify new opportunities for growth in existing markets or the development of new markets
  • Developing a business plan for new product developments/ new business initiation
  • Ensuring current project development in business units to meet shareholders' expectations
  • Aligning business units’ strategies with corporate strategies
  • Conducting evaluations of new technologies to determine their viability within the company’s operations
  • Preparing reports detailing progress towards goals, identifying obstacles to success, and recommending solutions.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university majoring in business, economics, with an advanced degree (MBA or MA) preferred
  • At least 5 years experience in strategic planning, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects, Merger & Acquisition
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience developing long-term growth plans and strategies
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and methods.
  • Maximum Age: 40 years old
