About The Role

We're looking for a young talented and highly motivated person to join as an HR & GA Manager at PT. PHC Indonesia (PHCI). You will be serving as a strategic business partner to leadership, aligning human capital initiatives with the President Director, BOD, and internal divisions to develop and monitor yearly and long term strategies in providing insights and recommendations on how to best invest in our people at PHCI.

What You Will Do

• Manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. This position plans, directs, and coordinates human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, payroll, recruitment, personnel policies, training development, develop performance management system and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relation and general affair activities.
• To implement and manage the Industrial Relationship at the company efficiently.
• Manage and control Company assets, facilities, and day to day operations.
• Manage the expatriate formalities strictly including fostering good relations with relevant government agencies, such as Manpower Office, Immigration Office, Local Government, etc.
• Manage the corporate legal documentation covering business licenses, reporting and registration.
• Responsible to implement standard HSE, 5S, ISO 14001, and ISO45001.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor Degree major in Psychology, HR Management or related from reputable university
• A minimum of 5 years of HR and GA area as Manager of Human Resources and General Affairs
• Certified in Human Capital Manager (CHCM) by BNSP.
• Have thorough understanding on regulations relating to HR Field and Company’s operation.
• Organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure that daily HR & GA operations are running effectively and efficiently
• Fluent in English is a must
• Able to speak Japanese is an advantage.
