About The Role
We're looking for a young talented and highly motivated IT Intern to join the Digital Transformation team at Gobel Group. You'll have the exciting opportunity to design and implement tailored digital transformation strategies within the Gobel Group of companies.
What You Will Do
- Work on projects, programs, and improvement ideas in digital transformation area within Gobel Group of companies.
- Update and maintain digital system and process documentation to support standardization
- Analyze and organize data to show trends and help prioritize focus areas that will make the biggest impact to the business
- Perform a larger analysis to understand and show the business impact
- Collaborate with other functional areas both in holding and subsidiaries company to leverage processes and ideas to and from other parts of the business.
What You Will Need
- A recent fresh graduate in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related field is preferred (final year students with no classes left are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in basic programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or others depending on the job).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Basic database knowledge (SQL, MySQL, or others).
- Passionate in IT technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative attitude.
- Willing to fully WFO from Cawang Office.
- Available for a 3-6 months period of internship.
