About the Role
Memberikan dukungan administratif, organisasi, dan komunikasi secara langsung kepada Group CEO untuk memastikan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam menjalankan kegiatan sehari-hari, pengambilan keputusan, dan koordinasi internal maupun eksternal.
What You Will Do
- Menjadwalkan dan mengatur pertemuan, rapat, dan perjalanan dinas CEO.
- Mengelola agenda harian dan memastikan waktu CEO digunakan secara efektif.
- Menyusun, mengedit, dan mengarsipkan korespondensi, laporan, dan dokumen penting.
- Mengelola email dan surat-menyurat atas nama CEO.
- Menjadi penghubung antara CEO dan pemangku kepentingan internal maupun eksternal.
- Mengkoordinasikan dengan berbagai departemen untuk memastikan kelancaran eksekusi keputusan CEO.
- Menjaga kerahasiaan informasi sensitif perusahaan dan CEO.
What You Will Need
- Minimal D3 (diutamakan jurusan Sekretaris, Komunikasi, Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait).
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun dalam posisi serupa, terutama mendampingi eksekutif level atas.
- Mahir dalam Microsoft Office dan perangkat digital lainnya.
- Kemampuan komunikasi verbal dan tulisan yang sangat baik (Bahasa Indonesia & Inggris).
- Mampu bekerja secara multitasking, proaktif, dan memiliki perhatian terhadap detail.
- Bersedia bekerja di luar jam kantor jika diperlukan.
