About The Role
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Assistant Project Manager to take on the responsibility one of prestigious a high-rise building project. Gobel Group is looking to create a powerful team for future projects in Sentul City, Bogor, and is seeking an individual with professional aspirations.
What You Will Do
- Assist the Project General Manager with the administration & project management
- Coordinate & liaise with other technical department (Design, QS, Engineering, Construction) and Administration (Finance, Legal, HR) regarding documentation
- Preparing documents for project monitoring (timeline, checklist)
- Monitoring & regarding project time schedule
- Handling Customer relations & complaints management
What You Will Need
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Management
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field, preferably in Real Estate Development
- Proficiency in computer especially Microsoft Office (excel, ppt).
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker & have the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent work attitude and good at teamwork.
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta/Bogor.
- Maximum 30 years old.
