About The Role

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Assistant Project Manager to take on the responsibility one of prestigious a high-rise building project. Gobel Group is looking to create a powerful team for future projects in Sentul City, Bogor, and is seeking an individual with professional aspirations.

What You Will Do

  • Assist the Project General Manager with the administration & project management
  • Coordinate & liaise with other technical department (Design, QS, Engineering, Construction) and Administration (Finance, Legal, HR) regarding documentation
  • Preparing documents for project monitoring (timeline, checklist)
  • Monitoring & regarding project time schedule
  • Handling Customer relations & complaints management

What You Will Need

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Management
  • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field, preferably in Real Estate Development
  • Proficiency in computer especially Microsoft Office (excel, ppt).
  • Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker & have the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent work attitude and good at teamwork.
  • Willing to be placed at Jakarta/Bogor.
  • Maximum 30 years old.
