About The Role:

We're looking for a young talented and highly motivated Architect Supervisor to join Gobel Group. You'll have the exciting opportunity to be working directly with the Project General Manager for high-rise building projects to carry out daily site supervision, coordination, and quality assurance of all architectural trade’s implementation on-site for high-rise apartments.

What You Will Do:

  • Propose architectural concepts for a smart high-rise apartment to the Project General Manager
  • Provide advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify the architectural, interior design, and space planning solutions
  • Work independently or with architects/engineers to design and prepare plans and specifications
  • Prepare cost estimates, coordinate the implementation of capital improvement projects, and oversee the work
  • Prepare and/or review preliminary designs, work drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project
  • Performs design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings, and full-detail drawings for architectural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement projects
  • To design advanced works and to produce accurate architect design drawings and shop drawings in the targeted timescale
  • Ability to interpret planning to site engineers/relevant parties
  • Work with relevant parties to produce effective results.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in architectural works for high-rise apartments/hotels.
  • Personnel management and continuing professional development.
  • Ability to use design apps which include V-ray for Sketch Up, 3D Max AutoCAD, Photoshop Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships in the team and overall company departments/projects.
  • Good morale, integrity, and Interpersonal Awareness.
  • Communication and time management skills.
  • Maximum 35 years old.
