About The Role
We're looking for a young talented and highly motivated person to join as an HC Manager at Gobel Group. You will be serving as a strategic business partner to leadership, aligning human capital initiatives with the Group CEO, BOD, internal divisions and business subsidiaries to develop and monitor yearly and long term strategies in providing insights and recommendations on how to best invest in our people both in the holding and subsidiary companies.
What You Will Do
- Developing and implementing employee training programs, payroll system, performance management and recruitment that align with company priorities
- Reviewing employee records to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Providing human resources support to BOD by developing, and administering compensation and benefit programs for employees
- Assessing employee needs through performance reviews and exit interviews to identify areas for improvement or intervention
- Identifying opportunities for organizational improvement and leading the implementation of change initiatives.
- Developing initiatives to increase employee engagement and commitment to the organization.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field from reputable universities
- At least has 10 years in area of HR and has good knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including payroll, compensation, performance management, organizations & training development, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of HR professionals
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases
- Excellent communication, discipline, a firm attitude and good presentation skills
- Maximum age 40 years old.
