About The Role
We're looking for a young talented and highly motivated person to join as a Procurement Staff at Gobel Group. You will be assisting the analysis and preparation of contracts and working closely with upper management teams as well as outside vendors and government to meet project requirements.
What You Will Do
- Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
- Develop policies and procedures for the operation of procurement activities.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings
- Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field from reputable Universities
- At least 3 years working experience in procurement, contract management, and project management with BUMN client
- Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management
- Has experience the process and documents for procurement of construction services and goods in government (LKPP)
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers.
