About the role
We're looking for a talented and highly motivated Corporate Legal Manager to support our rapid business growth within Gobel Group of companies. You will be providing legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities to our leaders in both of holding company as well as subsidiary companies. You will be advising the team on legal risks, business strategies, government relation relevant to the companies' businesses.
What you will do
- Draft, review, and finalize agreements and legal documents, and identify any potential risks and issues.
- Review and provide legal advice to support proper business process.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and report findings or changes that may affect the company’s operation and compliance.
- Liaise with all business units on relevant regulators, including licensing, registrations, notifications, etc.
- Represent the company to attend court hearings with external lawyers.
- Perform administration of legal documents and contracts.
What you will need
- At least 10 years working experiences as a Lawyer for a Law Firm or a Corporate Legal division.
- Solid knowledge of general business law issues
- Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters.
- Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: M&A,
- Project Finance, and Construction Agreements, contracts and authority compliances.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
- Maximum Age: 45 years old.
