What You Will Do:
- Plan and manage main “RUSUN” operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular operations meetings to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets, and guest feedback.
- Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all Departments.
- Be responsible for all the day-to-day queries, complaints, or problems that arise in the ”RUSUN”.
- Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
- Carry out regular inspections of all departments in the “RUSUN” areas of guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, service delivery, employee presentation, and grooming.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree with educational discipline in Hospitality, Food Service, or Business Management.
- Minimum 10 years experience in a hospitality environment 3 Stars Hotels, Serviced Apartment, or RUSUN LANSIA is preferable.
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in creating and managing a hospitality team.
- Experience managing SOP implementations for 3-start hotel/ RUSUN LANSIA.
- Professional and leadership skills
- Preferably the candidate is based in Gorontalo.
- Maximum 40 years old
