Elderly Social Housing (RUSUN LANSIA) Manager

What You Will Do:

  • Plan and manage main “RUSUN” operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular operations meetings to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets, and guest feedback.
  • Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all Departments.
  • Be responsible for all the day-to-day queries, complaints, or problems that arise in the ”RUSUN”.
  • Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
  • Carry out regular inspections of all departments in the “RUSUN” areas of guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, service delivery, employee presentation, and grooming.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with educational discipline in Hospitality, Food Service, or Business Management.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a hospitality environment 3 Stars Hotels, Serviced Apartment, or RUSUN LANSIA is preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience in creating and managing a hospitality team.
  • Experience managing SOP implementations for 3-start hotel/ RUSUN LANSIA.
  • Professional and leadership skills
  • Preferably the candidate is based in Gorontalo.
  • Maximum 40 years old
