About the role

We're looking for a young talented and highly motivated Junior Architect to join Gobel Group. You'll have the exciting opportunity to be working directly with the BOD for high-rise building projects to develop a feasibility study and to coordinate with the Project Manager in translating project research results which will become design decision materials for BOD.

What you will do

  • Working with the BOD to determine requirements for building projects.
  • Developing feasibility studies and coordinating with consultants to translate project research results that are transformed into design decision material for BOD.
  • Make project plans in accordance with predetermined targets.
  • Coordinate with third party related to design & planning.
  • Coordinate the technical preparation & support for the project.
  • Monitor the Project related to the design architecture & planning.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable University.
  • At least 5 years of working experience working on architectural projects in high-rise buildings; preference for candidates who have worked on top tier Developer / Consulting for smart apartment projects.
  • Strong interest in building technology, construction methods, related engineering principles, sustainability strategies, building codes, and assembly of construction drawings.
  • Problem-solving skills in the design and coordination of building systems, an architect who is persevering in both technical and non-technical terms.
  • Experience on a multidisciplinary team in the preparation of construction documents.
  • Candidate who has experience won from Architectural competitions at least a national competition is preferred.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills by expressing ideas clearly and effectively and has strong negotiation skills.
  • Maximum age: 35 years old.
