About The Role
We're looking for a young talented and highly motivated Medical Device Sales Manager to join one of the leading A sales, distribution, and after-sales service companies in Indonesia for medical devices, commercial Air conditioners, electric, electronic, environmental products, and other business solutions products.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for managing a medical team.
- Develop the market, and achieve sales targets and team performance targets.
- Create market analysis and create sales strategies.
- Responsible for ordering e-catalog.
- Responsible for licensing for the medical device business.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacist/Pharmaceutical, or Biomedical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Have experience in B2B sales medical device business, especially blood glucose and ventilator businesses.
- Have networking in government institutions (such as ministries, hospitals, health services, etc.) & private institutions (hospital, clinic, B to B, etc.)
- Have experience in handling order e-catalog and retail sales.
- Demonstrate strong sales and management skills, and can work in a team or division well.
- Able to work with targets determined by the company
- Understand about licensing related to the medical device business (IDAK, NIE, CDAKB, and etc.)
- Have strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Possessing excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills in English is an advantage.
