About the Role

We are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) to join our team at Gobel Group. Project Management Officer Responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments, including admin and legal, to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process.

Ultimately, you will work with the top management, and stakeholders from the Government/ BUMN companies to help streamline our projects to ensure we reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members and technical vendors are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
  • Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
  • Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
  • Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
  • Provide financial reports and budget outlines to the Board of Directors (BoD).

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University in civil engineering, construction management, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills by expressing ideas clearly and effectively and has strong negotiation skills.
  • Understands construction regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Excels in problem-solving. Finds relationships between data from different sources to formulate alternative solutions.
  • Works well with other people; takes time to help co-workers, consultants, and others to achieve their goals and assignments.
  • Knows how to allocate resources and assign personnel. Uses time efficiently and is well-organized.
