About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team at Gobel Group. You will be part of a Sales Engineer who serves as a critical bridge between complex technology solutions and customer needs, ensuring that products or services not only meet specifications but also drive customer business success.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to existing and prospective customers
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
• Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
• Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
• Recommend improved materials to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
• Help in researching and developing new products.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree majoring in Industrial Engineering from a reputable University
• At least 3 years of experience as a sales engineer in the building material industry
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Willing to travel and preferably has own car
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
